Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience filled with breathtaking views of Mt. Yotei and enjoyable amenities. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, do show signs of aging, and the dining experience could use some improvement in food quality. The convenient location at the base of the ski slopes is unbeatable for skiing enthusiasts, making it ideal for family vacations. Overall, we found it to be a great value for what we paid, despite a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was quite memorable, especially with skiing right outside the door and the stunning view of the mountains. The Onsen was a unique experience, and I enjoyed delicious meals at various hotel restaurants. However, the bathroom in my room was outdated, and the dining prices were on the steep side, which made me consider dining outside more often.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially considering the price I paid. The room I was given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room, but I did receive a better room after raising the issue. Unfortunately, my experience at the nearby ski area was marred by theft, which made me feel quite insecure during my stay. Overall, while the staff was responsive, the security situation really needs improvement.
My experience at the hotel was disappointing overall. While it had a great location right next to the ski lifts, the room cleanliness and service were subpar. The dining options were limited and expensive, which made the stay feel like poor value for money. Additionally, the onsen facilities were not well-maintained, and it did not provide a relaxing environment. I can't recommend this hotel as a good choice for families or travelers looking for a pleasant stay.
The Hilton in Niseko is a convenient choice for skiing, right at the lift with ski valet services and amazing onsen facilities. While the room I stayed in was clean and had a great view, some elements felt a bit dated. The dining options at the hotel are quite expensive, but there are other places to eat nearby. Overall, it's a fantastic location for skiing, but service could be more attentive and welcoming.
